My Story
I'm Virgil Bierschwale, and I've spent my life working in the technology industry - the same industry that's now replacing American workers with cheap foreign labor through H-1B visas.
I've seen it with my own eyes. I've watched qualified American workers - people with families, mortgages, and dreams - get laid off and replaced by foreign workers brought in on H-1B visas who work for less money. I've watched young college graduates struggle to find their first job in tech while companies claim "we can't find qualified Americans."
That's a lie.
The truth is, these companies don't want to hire Americans because they can pay H-1B workers less and control them more. And our politicians - Republicans and Democrats alike - let them get away with it.
Why I'm Running
I'm not running because I want to be a politician. I'm running because I'm tired of watching Texas families struggle while their own tax dollars fund the companies that won't hire them.
Someone has to stand up and say: Texas taxpayer money should hire Texas workers.
Senator Cornyn won't say it. He's too busy taking money from the tech lobby and big business interests who profit from cheap foreign labor.
The other candidates won't say it either. They're too focused on the usual talking points, saying what consultants tell them to say.
But I'll say it. Because it's true. And because Texas families deserve someone who will tell them the truth and fight for their jobs.
Who I Am
I'm not a lawyer. I'm not a career politician. I don't have millions in campaign funding or endorsements from special interest groups.
What I have is:
- Real-world experience in the tech industry
- A lifetime of watching politicians fail working Americans
- A deep love for Texas and our country
- The courage to speak truth even when it's unpopular
- A commitment to put Texans first - not lobbyists, not foreign workers, not special interests
I'm a Christian, a conservative, and a Texan who believes in the Constitution, hard work, and the American Dream - the REAL American Dream where if you work hard, you can provide for your family.
But that dream is dying because our politicians sold us out.
The Political Class vs. Regular Texans
The establishment doesn't want candidates like me. They want people they can control - people who will take their money, read their scripts, and do what they're told.
I don't take orders from anyone except the people of Texas.
That's why I'm running a grassroots campaign. That's why I'm reaching out directly to radio stations, voters, and regular Texans. That's why I'm not playing by the establishment's rules.
Because this isn't about me. This is about your family's future.
What I'm Fighting For
My number one priority is simple: Jobs for Texans.
Every state contract should prioritize hiring Texas workers. Every tax dollar should create jobs for Texans, not replace them with foreign workers. Every policy should ask: "Is this good for Texas families?"
I'm also a constitutional conservative who believes in:
- The Second Amendment (shall not be infringed)
- Securing our border
- Protecting life
- Limited government
- Free markets (that actually work for Americans)
- Energy independence
- Parents' rights in education
- Election integrity
You can see all my positions at vbsenate.com/issues.
But what makes me different from every other candidate is this: I'm the only one talking about jobs for Texans. And I'm the only one who will actually fight for them.
The Line in the Sand
In 1836, William B. Travis drew a line in the sand at the Alamo and asked: "Who will stand with me?"
Today, I'm drawing a line in the sand and asking Texas: Who will stand with me to fight for Texas jobs?
Will you cower in the corner while politicians send your jobs overseas and replace you with foreign workers?
Or will you stand up and say: Enough. It's time to put Texans first.
Our Grandchildren Deserve Better
I want my grandchildren - and your grandchildren - to grow up in a Texas where:
- Hard work is rewarded
- A college degree leads to a good job
- American workers aren't replaced by cheaper foreign labor
- Politicians keep their promises
- The American Dream is alive
That's the Texas I'm fighting for.
That's the America our founders envisioned.
And with your help, that's the future we can build.
Join Me
This campaign isn't about me becoming a Senator. It's about sending a message to Washington: Texas families come first.
Every donation, every volunteer hour, every person who shares this message with a friend - you're standing in that line in the sand with me.
Together, we can win this. Together, we can put Texans first.
Together, we can take our country back.
Let's rock and roll.
