Governor Abbott has made multiple taxpayer-funded trips to India to meet with Indian IT outsourcing companies
Texas state contracts worth billions have been awarded to companies like Infosys and TCS
Infosys paid a record $34 million settlement in 2013 for systemic visa fraud
These companies use H-1B visas to bring foreign workers instead of hiring qualified Texans
Young Texas college graduates struggle to find good-paying jobs while state contracts go to foreign labor

Why are Texas taxpayer dollars going to companies that won't hire Texans?

Let Me Be Crystal Clear

I am NOT against immigration. I believe we need more people to immigrate here who want to assimilate and become Americans.

But my fight IS with:

Those who will not work alongside their fellow Americans
Those who will not hire Americans in America to work at jobs in America
Those who send our jobs that our families need to other countries
Those who import a tidal wave of nonimmigrant workers to take our jobs here at home
Those politicians who enable all of this and put citizens of other countries ahead of the Americans they swore to protect and serve

The Solution is Simple

Require all Texas state contracts to prioritize hiring Texans.

Every taxpayer dollar should create jobs for Texans—not replace them with foreign workers.

This isn't left or right. This is about Texans who can't find work while their tax dollars pay companies that won't hire them.

I'm Not a Typical Politician

I'm "The Jobs Guy."

I don't have millions in campaign funding. I don't have the slick websites that special interests can buy.

What I have is a message that matters: It's time to put Texans first.

Senator Cornyn won't talk about this. Wesley Hunt won't. Colin Allred won't. Ken Paxton won't.

I will.

I'll go to the Alamo and draw a line in the sand. The question is: will you stand with me?
